Welcome to the Neighborhood Fair, Saturday, July 24

Sherman Health will host a "Welcome to the Neighborhood Fair," from 10am-2pm on Saturday, July 24 at its 934 Center Street campus. The fair is an opportunity to learn more about the services remaining at the original Sherman Hospital location.

In conjunction with the move to the new hospital in December 2009, the 934 Center Street campus was transformed into an immediate care center open 24 hours a day/ seven days a week, and features medical imaging, occupational health services, a Coumadin Clinic and more.

This fun-filled event for the entire family will include tours of Sherman's newest immediate care center, information on services located at the facility, Elgin police and Fire Departments, a helicopter landing at noon, food, games and more. During the free car seat safety check, parents can have car seats checked in their own vehicles and receive hands-on instruction from a certified child passenger safety technician.
